An Amateur People's Choice BBQ Cook-Off
New Date: Saturday, September 21, 2019, 10:00am - 5:00pm
(Tasting/Judging 11:30am – 1:30pm)
At the Riverwalk in Jenks
Ways to participate:
Compete: Be one of our 32 Amateur Cooking teams! Teams consist of 4-5 people. Awards and prizes for top 10 competitors based on people's choice voting. Meat provided by US Foods. $200 registration fee. Setup on Friday, 9/20/2019.

Eat: Saturday, 9/21/2019, 10:00am - 5:00pm, Open to public. Purchase a plate to sample BBQ from up to 32 amateur cooking teams and vote for your favorite team! Tasting & judging 11:00am - 1:30pm, Awards at 5:00pm. Plates sold on-site for $15 each, children 5 and under eat free. All day entertainment includes music & inflatables.
Donate:
- Donations are needed toward supplies to be provided to the cooking teams. Examples include: Warming trays, Spray bottles of bleach, Condiment squirt bottles for sauce, Hand sanitizer for each cooking station.
- Swag Bags will be provided to each cooking team (1 per team) which can include coupons or other PR related items.
- Items to be used as prizes for the competitors or for a raffle.

Vendor Booth: Join Riverwalk and other local vendors to promote your business or organization. 10x10 booths are available for $200 ea. payable to Jenks Public Schools Foundation. If interested please reply to this email or contact Monte Stewart at mstewart@farmersagent.com for more information.
All proceeds from the event benefit the Jenks Public Schools Foundation and other Jenks Rotary community service projects.
